Shit, Sister Dalton’s talk about about fathers and daughters being united eternally made me cry. Argh. I’m done. I believe in this doctrine, but I don’t have to like hearing about it… right?
I never quite understood it to recently - but why not? We don’t know what will happen in the eternity’s. We don’t know if your dad won’t accept the gospel when someone does his work for him after his departure from this land. We don’t know with the Resurrection, that your father won’t get on his hands and knees and accept the risen savior as his own. God’s time is quite different than ours - and we don’t always understand it; but there is a purpose and a meaning. You just simply never know, Heather!
